I particularly enjoyed the warm and cute atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were helpful, assisting me with my luggage and offering recommendations that enhanced my stay. The location is perfect.
A more comfortable seating area in the lobby.

Unique Parisian architecture, close proximity to major attractions, efficient check-in process
The noise from the metro trains beneath the hotel can be disruptive!!! Room maintenance standards are inconsistent, with outdated fixtures and unclean items left behind!!! Additional attention to bathroom amenities would be appreciated!!!

Make sure you stay in the classic double room with a balcony, a nice slight view. The hotel is in the very central location pretty close to everything. Fine and approaching staff as one would expect.

The location is perfect for exploring with just a short walk to the metro and attractions like the Champs-Elysees. Rooms are clean and have small in-room safes, though not overly spacious, providing what you need for a comfortable stay.
Early check-in lacks flexibility, and you end up paying extra if you want that option. Bottled water can get you unexpectedly charged, so keep an eye on that. The fridge might not keep your snacks cold, which can be frustrating if you pick up some goodies from the store nearby. Lastly, if you're a light sleeper, the vibrations from the subway below could be bothersome, despite the otherwise quiet atmosphere.

Location of the hotel is good, everyone is close! Good breakfasts, including both hot and baked goods and yogurt.
We did not have the card with us to make the prepayment, we gave another card to guarantee payment for the mini bar. And an employee at reception said that you were checking in, but tomorrow the manager will come and you can be evicted. Eventually there was another shift the next day, and there were no claims against us. But there's still the sludge! What is this nonsense that not the cheapest hotel has been paid and they want to evict as well. Also on the first day there was only one set of towels, slippers and shampoo, although the room was for two. The next day, they fixed up... The area of the Superior Room is very small.

location is really good. In 20 minutes you can walk to many places of interest like the Place Vendome, Place de la Concorde, church of the Madeleine, Opera Garnier or the Galleries Lafayette. Breakfast is not very varied but it is good, if the price for the room is good in relation to the rest of the 4* hotels, taking breakfast would be a good option because the money saved in the room will be well invested in the breakfast. If, on the other hand, you travel in high season and price is expensive, it will compensate you more by going somewhere close and pleasant like La creperie (Rue Pasquier).
I think the quality of the stay depends a lot on how lucky one is. hotel is small and rooms vary in size and layout. In our case the room was one of the smallest and most uncomfortable to move around in. They promised 16m^2 and I don't think it would reach 13m^2 (besides giving to an inner courtyard). If we had been assigned another one, probably the final feeling would have been very different.

Helpful staff made my stay easier.
The noise from the bathroom was unbearable, and when I complained, I was brushed off with an inadequate response. The check-in was lackluster, and the receptionist seemed irritated to be there. I expected better service and a peaceful experience but felt completely let down.

Charming, charming, charming.
I loved the lovely architecture that instantly gave me Parisian vibes! The really good breakfast filled with fresh pastries and cheeses was a good way to start each day. Not to mention, receiving sparkling water daily in my room.

Easy access to the shooping street
The quality of rooms is very poor. Does not deserve more than 2 stars.

The location of the hotel is good.
I think the hotel doesn't exactly match the four stars.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from major attractions. Breakfast options could use improvement. Items were often lukewarm. The hotel provides a free phone for easy navigation, really helpful. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We even managed to catch a live sports event from a nearby bar. The room was clean but quite small for the price.
